As we are coming to the close of 2021, we thought it would be great to get as many of us together as possible for the last meeting of the Long-term Care Council.
The meeting will be held at a later time on 12/1/2021: 8pm EST to accommodate work schedules so more can attend.
We will have a brief update on current projects and future plans; Kacy will update about the ACP study group and Ken will talk about the website. Having recently completed treatment Bry will join us too.
Most of the meeting will be a “free of agenda items” discussion about our wishes for the new year regarding long term care or anything else – a chance to “see” each other and connect before the holidays.
