High insulin costs are killing Americans

Eli Lilly and other pharmaceutical companies are hurting Americans by raising the prices of their insulin products beyond what people can afford. The seven million Americans dependent on insulin to maintain their health are being squeezed to the breaking point with some resorting to rationing their medication to make it last longer—a dangerous practice that led to the deaths of two young men last year.
